These next three weeks I am going to be travelling. First, I will be in Benasque for the Workshop, and then I will be visiting the Universtat Autonoma de Barcelona and the Institute of Photonic Sciences. I hope to give a talk at each place, as well as start gathering ideas for future work.

Trying out the new design of the webpage and the blog. It is a little complicated to update, but it is quite simple to add photo albums as I have always wanted to do.

- [quant-ph/0606023] Lower bounds for the fidelity of entangled state preparation, a paper that I got to see and discuss before it was posted. The fidelity of quantum simulations is an interesting subject.
- [quant-ph/0606053] Vanishing environment-induced decoherence, a continuation of our paper (and others) on the decoherence from a critical environment.
- I want to read this paper, [quant-ph/0606074] Conservative chaotic map as a model of quantum many-body environment, a little better before giving comments on it. It looks original, but at the same time I am not sure it's something that has been done already.

- Yet another smart simulation scheme from G. Vidal.
- I am not quite sure I understand all of this paper on decoherence in coupled spin networks. I need to read it more carefully. By the format it looks like submitted to Science or Nature, I don't believe the results are so strong...
